I'm certified to teach special education, elementary school, and middle school English and language arts. My current role is at the middle school, where I co-teach science, social studies, writing, and English language arts. I have five years of experience in education, and during that time I've worked with students at all levels of elementary and middle school in both general classes and behavioral classes. I enjoy working in multiple and different settings, and I've developed the ability to connect with anyone. I like to figure out how each student learns best, and then focus on that for them. I set goals of my students and help them work on learning skills. When goals are met, we set new ones, constantly challenging the student without pushing them too hard. In my free time, I love sports, exercise, nature, music, volunteering, eating good food, and spending time with family and friends.

Avid Sport Fan – always watching, playing, or listening to any sport, but I love Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. -Exercising: Running, Hiking, Biking, Lifting. -Exploring nature, traveling, visiting new places and going on new adventures -Music: Always listening to a huge variety of music -Spending time with my family, friends, and fiancé, hiking and hanging out with my dog. -Volunteering for a non-profit that houses people will developmental disabilities -Eating! Love eating every time of food, finding great restaurants, and trying new things.
